		<description>hi im lactose intolerance can I change milk to soya??? and Im really a hardgainer lad since i start workout I noticed that I&#039;m not gaining weight  at all. so I&#039;ll try to change my diet and try this super food in order for me to gain weight and muscle....Oh one more thing do i really need to take some whey protein because I also noticed that when include it to my diet I&#039;m experiencing pimples in my face and at my back, then when I stopped it my skin back t0 normal..so is there any related thing in taking some whey protein with your skin???

		<description>Chicken thighs also make a good source of protein.  Yes they have lots more fat than chicken breast, but you need lots of fat when trying to gain weight.  Go for free range organic chicken if possible and the fat will be healthier.

Also adding some coconut milk to your protein shake is a great way to add healthy calories!</description>

I think Salmon is the best.  The reason i think so is because it has massive amounts of good fats.  So does Peanut butter, but Salmon has more omega 3&#039;s than peanut butter does.  And Omega 3&#039;s are very important for building muscle.
