Reece,

I am not unlike yourself, although I do try and eat tuna 2-3 times per week. A couple of scoops of protein powder in a weight gain shake is a fast digesting and cheap source of protein. Other options include eggs and low fat milk which are relatively inexpensive and are also good sources of protein and can easily be added to weight gain shakes. Low fat cottage cheese and yogurt is a great high protein snack which often gets overlooked.

If money is not really an issue, you can replace the tuna for chicken breasts and turkey breasts. Chicken and turkey is easy to prepare in sandwiches in all kinds of tasty ways, and provide a lean source of protein. If you have some time to prepare a meal you can also use lean ground beef and white fish (haddock/cod).

I absolutely hate tuna. Is there another quick, easy out of the can/packet and into your mouth food packed with protein?

I am really sick of both the situation of my body as well as trying to gain weight. I feel like i am going into a depressing situation here with all the comments on how skinny I am even when I go out.

I started to hate going out just because of hearing "the skinny guy" every time. I tried to eat more and sleep more but it didn't work I tried different protein shakes but the same thing .

Lately I started drinking some really heavy protein shake that should be combined with working out and I realized that I am in fact losing weight! I am not a guy that is into working out. I do not know what to do.

Could you please advise?
