Wrist Curls

Keep your forearms pressed against the bench, and curl all the way down then all the way up.
Dumbell Wrist Curls

Similar to barbell, but you can focus on one side at a time. I’ve found it best to do this over the corner of a bench.

I have never really focused on my forearms before because I always believed when you workout your biceps you were also working out your forearms. Maybe I’ll start doing more exercises for my forearms so my arms are balanced out in the right size.
