Get Big Diet

What does getting big actually mean? You can get big and fat (easy) You can get big and lean (hard) or you could get mid way between the two. This is what is normally called “bulking up”

Bulking up is not for everyone. If you are overweight to begin with, and have a tendency to get fat, then I’m afraid this is not for you. If your metabolism is average to fast, then this can be an effective way to get more muscle, get stronger, and smash through those barriers.

Rule 1
You have to eat a lot! None of this missing breakfast, having a sandwich for lunch business. You have to learn to eat, and you will have to buy a lot of food.

Rule 2
Eat at regular times throughout the day. Breakfast, mid morning, lunch, mid afternoon, dinner, and before bed time. This is a minimum. And it is not uncommon for people to eat more than this.

Rule 3
Choose food which is of high nutritional value, and high calorific value. Don’t be too strict!

Rule 4
Get a good protein supplement. This is a simple way of getting adequate protein levels (this also applies to any diet where an increase in muscle is required) The best time to take a protein supplement is first thing in the morning and last thing at night. These are the two times when it’s least convenient to cook. Who would eat six boiled eggs for breakfast? Not me!

Rule 5
You are allowed to eat cheat foods. Don’t make it your mission to eat every chocolate bar in the shop, or to eat nothing but cheat foods. You are allowed to eat what you want whenever you fancy, as long as you adhere to the previous rules, and eat a lot of good food at the same time then you have nothing to worry about.
