I have a ridiculous metabolism and in the past year ive managed to go from 6'3" 160lbs. to 185lbs. by eating a huge & healthy balanced diet and working hard in the gym . However, I seem to have plateaued lately ...but From what i hear on this website, i need to be doing more multi-muscle group workouts to gain even more weight, but my problem is that i have scoliosis, and squats or any workout putting high stress on my spine just makes me feel like im dying. My dream goal is 200 lbs but i fear with my genetic and metabolic disadvantages ill never make it!
