I'm interested in picking up muscle mass and using insulin to do it, here's the twist tho... I'm a diabetic. I've been a diabetic for 10 years and have been taking insulin for just as long so I know exactly how much I need and when I need it (took me a long while to get that right)

Any advice or suggestion on what I can do?
Sorry for the really general type question

I was thinking of taking insulin as a steroid for gaining muscles and weight, and i came a cross you page and i read the article, is that article is about how to produce our natural insulin without taking the injection? And what do you mean about GI foods?

Great post!

Insulin is really a two-headed monster. It can either work with you or against. Luckily, it is one of the few hormones that we have direct control over with diet and training.

Your tips about when to eat high and low GI foods are spot-on. Keep up the great work.
