		<description>You can make gains by not training to failure, that&#039;s true, but if you want to make MAXIMUM gains possible, in the shortest amount of time, you will need to train to failure. especially if your not taking steroids.  Also, the closest you get to failure in your set, the safer the repetition will be, since you won&#039;t be able to jerk the weight up as fast as your first reps.</description>

I started the High Intensity Training (HIT) routine a few weeks ago and feel that I am making pretty good progress with it, although I have considered myself a hard gainer, but maybe I&#039;m not a hard gainer, maybe I was only a hard gainer due to improper diet, lack of motivation, and a flawed routine?</description>
