Want to know how to gain weight?
While I don’t know your current fitness level or your present weight, I do know that you are unhappy with one or both of these areas of your health. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be reading this right now. If I could wave a magic wand and help you gain the extra weight you want, I would do it. Unfortunately, you probably already know it’s never going to be that easy. What I can do, however, is provide you with some factual information that will help you achieve the weight gain goals that you desire.
Information and education are keys to success in everything, so after you’ve read what I have to say you’ll be able to use your newly acquired knowledge to develop a plan that will push you towards your fitness goals. When you look in the mirror, you’ll know all of your effort paid off.
Now you may be wondering, what can he tell me that I don’t already know? That’s not an easy question to answer, because I don’t know everything that you’ve learned from doctors, friends, trainers, magazines, experts, etc. What I can tell you is that the information I’m going to share with you on this site isn’t readily available elsewhere, but it has been effectively used by many others to gain weight.
Before I share this information with you, I first want to address some concerns you may have about gaining weight. These are problems, fears, and questions that you may be facing right now that we need to deal with so that your mind will be free, open, and able to try something new without being held captive by these doubts.
Planning to achieve your weight gain goals is the critical factor. Remember the age old saying in business?, “if you fail to plan you plain for failure”. Well this holds true in the fitness world too. Remember that those three elements you need in place are Knowledge, Planning, and Routine. These three elements will be discussed in greater detail in other articles on this site. If you want to know how to gain weight, please have a look around.

Knowledge, planning, and routine is correct and is the main prinicple behind any weight trainin gprogram or any fitness program for that matter. But there is another aspect that leads to any successful program, and that’s Hard work and determination. Without that you are destined to fail. Thanks, great blog by the way.

Definitely go the basics going with the planning and routine, but something that I might just add to that is when you slug your way through the initial process of so many days… 25 or so… you can create a habit out of the process. Then it really will become a routine.
The quote you quoted… “if you fail to plan then you can plan to fail”… is so true and people should pay more attention to the planning. That is big!
Great blog and I am looking forward to your future posts and learning from you as well.

I’m 20y old 180cm 70kg wich is not bad. but my normal is 77kg wich i had 2 years ago. i stopped the exercise and lost all the way through to 68kg. dont really understand why but exercise seems to help me i just need to eat a little bit more. if i fail to eat every 3 hours it means that i will wake up the next day i will be a few grams shorter. would like to understand why
