Weight Gain Pills – Do They Really Work?

weight gain pills I received this question from a reader who was interested to know if weight gain pills will help you gain weight?

Well I have to say that I was a little skeptic at first when I found a number of websites online which are selling weight gain pills and weight gain capsules with claims from the product’s marketers that if you take a couple of pills before every meal you will increase your appetite so you feel the need to eat more and slow down your metabolism. Without having to train or diet they claim it’s possible to gain muscle weight. Saying that I found the claims to be full of hype is an understatement to say the very least.

With such bold claims I wanted to investigate exactly what was in these weight gaining pills. I wanted to know if by popping a few pills you could really gain extra pounds of muscle so I decided to find out what was actually in them. What I found by looking at the nutrition label is that these weight gain diet pills are really nothing more then an average Multi-vitamin with pretty packaging and inflated prices. They cost about 3-5x more then a Multi-vitamin.

Multi-vitamins, although not advertised to show this benefit, are actually a really useful supplement for gaining weight. Small vitamin deficiencies can impact your appetite which affects your ability to gain weight and muscle.

So instead of paying the inflated prices on weight gain pills which are really only a repackaged Multi-vitamin, get yourself a good multi-vitamin supplement. The mistake many people make when getting started with a weight gain program is they skip on important vitamins and minerals which are a good foundation for gaining weight in favor of some glamorous bodybuilding supplement. This is a mistake.

Don’t waste your money on weight gain pills – there is no miracle pill for gaining significant size. Instead, use a good Multi-vitamin. It won’t work miracles, but either will the weight gain pills. Instead, combined with a good workout and proper weight gaining diet program it will ensure that you are successful in your quest to gain weight.

Hey guys I’m 6’1″ 110 pounds 18 years old and really want to gain 40-50 pounds I don’t know what to do I eat like crazy I try to workout but nothing seems to work I don’t want to waste my money on pills that have a 50-50 chance I just want a for sure way to put on some pounds

Some products like Creatine monohydrate, IGF2 by appliednutracuticals, Moomyio tree sap really work for gaining Muscle mass. I been 115 lbs and gain up to 150, but these are just herbs that give you more strength to work out, if you take them and do not work out and do not sleep properly you will not gain nothing. Creatine is an amino acid found in red meat that gives more strength and pumps more water into your muscles to give you bloated look but can be toxic to kidneys and the gains will go away when u stop taking it. I have tried everything even roids and have degree from NPTI and ASFA in Personal Training. Sleep 9 hours per night, eat a lot, do squats, deadlifts, bench press, push ups, pull ups, chin ups and shoulder presses and you will gain 2-4 lbs per week. All that other crap is just waste of money, But IGF2 and Moomyio tree sap is the real thing that is used by Russian special forces and Olympic athletes for thousand of years. Moomyio is only $10 for 30 days supply on ebay for $10. ANd IGF2 is $49 for 240 capsules. Those two supplements are like Jesus. But you have to sleep alot and work out using the exercises I listed above with these supplemental herbs combined.

Also there is this natural supplement Called Ecdysterone thats made from plants and bugs that is only $39 but it really works, it burns fat and grows muscle like crazy, it pretty much turns all the food that you eat into muscle, you have to take it with a high protein meal, also it gives you superhuman strength and its very easy to get hurt by not being able to judge your strength!!! I’ve gained 5pounds in a week. I was 125 last week now I am 130. I have been lifting weights, and eating Questbars every morning and before or after a workout sometimes before bed. I usually have one or two a day. Before a workout I take amino fuel which is amino acids that our body need to keep weight and maintain the muscles and I take 5g of creatine. These are all things our body produce naturally no drugs. I stop taking magace, PERIACTIN because of the side effects and I’ve devepoled thyroid issues I am guessing linked to that since the drug affected my adrenals. Before bed take casein as well it will make u gain weight very quickly if you are serious about it and would rather stick to just one thing.i train athletes for a living so I know what to tell everyone else to get big but I never did it myself till I got tired of being skinny

I have been taking Periactin, for like 4 years now off and on I started 120 I am 158, the first time i took it the first 2 months from 120 to 170, I was eating sooo much, when i run out i go back to not having an appetite and loose half the weight…u just have to find an online site without presciption Google it….It works
