		<description>Man so bad,when having sex you loose a lot of proteins through your sperms,sperms live for a period of 3-5 days and when they die they kinda return back to the cycle and make up a lot of proteins for your body. Proteins as you know are required by the body for growth. Well no regrets just eat alot of  proteins eg.eggs, peanuts,peas,beans,meat,sea foods etc.Also eat a lot of carbohydrates maily those with a lot of fibre for nergy.Avoid faty foods.Train harder.</description>
