Saturated fats are not bad for you.

Stay natural, unrefined, organic, and grass fed and I assure anyone reading this that you will never have anything to worry about.  Humans have evolved for hundreds of thousands of years eating naturally occurring fats, mother nature didn&#039;t screw it up that bad.  Naturally occurring saturated fats are not only necessary for our survival, but they are WAY better than any oil created by chemical extraction.  Think about it.</description>

		<description>I myself am a very hard gainer. I have been eating a salad every day with a TON of caesar dressing, which is 160 calories per table spoon, but 150 calories from fat. Is this a bad type of fat to be eating? It seems to good to be true to be able to eat a salad drowned in caesar dressing, and literally get more than half of my daily calories from it.</description>
